A very delicious, complete and balanced salad. I swear you will love it!
Ingredients:
.5 cup of wheat
1 cup of natural tuna
1 small can of corn
6 tbsp of vinaigrette
2 tbsp of mayonnaise
4 cherry tomatoes
6 green olives
Preparation :
In a saucepan of salted boiling water, cook the wheat for 15 minutes. Drain and let cool.
Drain tuna and canned corn.
In a bowl, mix all ingredients and add the dressing and mayonnaise.
Serve it in a salad dish
Decorate it with cherry tomatoes and olives.
