Ingredients
4 Pork Chops
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 large egg, beaten
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Method:
- Combine flour, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, black pepper and salt. Mix well.
- Beat the egg and set it aside for coating.
- Coat each pork chop in seasoned flour, then dip them into the beaten egg; dip them in breadcrumbs.
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add the chops.
- Cook for about 5 minutes or until both sides of the chop are browned.
